Ramil Gallego Wins Hollywood Billiards Memorial Day 10-Ball!

Congratulations to Filipino pool player Ramil Gallego, aka Bebeng, for winning the Hollywood Billiards Memorial Day 10-Ball billiards tournament held at the Hollywood Billiards in Hollywood, California, May 24-25, 2008! Bebeng Gallego of Jonathan Sy’s Negros Billiard Stable, won the championship and the $1,600 top prize with an impressive 9-5 score over Jose "Amang" Parica.


Amang Parica, the Filipino pool icon who initiated the Filipino invasion, settled for the $1,000 runner-up prize. Louis Ulrich of the United States received $750 for placing third.
