A prayer started off the opening ceremonies, which began exactly at 10:00 AM.

Mr. Aristeo Puyat owns Puyat Sports, the most successful billiards organization in the country, which has two of the best known world champions in its roster of players - Efren Bata Reyes and Francisco Django Bustamante.
