Nouveau Riche & Nouveau Riche University: A Scam?

Nouveau Riche GraphicI received a number of emails asking if there could be more information about Nouveau Riche. Using my ever reliable online search tools and all, I browsed the Internet using Nouveau Riche, Nouveaurized, Nouveau Riche scam, and other related phrases as keywords to obtain more information about such. And I kid you not!

Nouveaurized is a new blog that features success stories from alumni students of the real estate investment college, Nouveau Riche University. Nouveau Riche University offers a wide variety of over 30 real estate investing and business related classes, which include short sales, wholesaling, fix and flip, business financial management, foreclosures, retirement plan investing, buying out of state deals and more.

Is it too good to be true? Is Nouveau Riche University a scam? After a 45-minute research about the company, I couldn’t find any evidence or proof to support such a claim or hint of a Nouveau Riche scam. Nouveau Riche is touted as a great opportunity for someone looking to get educated in real estate investing. Some of the success stories include those who made over $175,000 in a 5-month time frame, realizing the goal of owning 10 rentals in 1 year, seven properties closed in six months (Atlanta market), and one that involves new construction, 100% financing, $5,000 option fee, and almost $26,000 in equity at closing. For those wanting to read some of the success stories of Nouveau Riche University students who have attended the university, quit their day jobs, have closed on countless properties, and have created wealth, the link is http://nouveaurized.com/. Moreover, do check these other sites and determine whether Nouveau Riche is a scam or not - www.graduateriche.com and www.nouveauriche.com.
