respect comes correct

The concept of respect predates,
and does not rely on,
the existence of the concept of rights.

Respect is sometimes used
as the synonym for politeness or manners,
though these are behaviors showing respect.

Respect can refer to the objective, unbiased consideration
and regard for rights, values, beliefs, and property.
And many movements have at different times
claimed respect as their core value.

The levels of respect that people show to each other
can vary from showing no respect
(which may constitute ABUSE in some circumstances)
to showing great respect.

In workplaces, RESPECT is always an issue. For instance, a team leader is expected to command respect and his/HER peers also needs to be provided with such. I have a story to tell and this account is filtered with any form of exaggeration. There is this team leader who is so consumed by his/HER ego and embedded by learning clearly classified as self-proclaimed. By the way he/SHE acts, it seems that committing a mistake is never an option. This guy/GIRL loves to grandstand and ask meaningless questions. I don't know his/HER motivation, but I have never seen such audacity. He/SHE likes to give lectures which appear to be heavily flawed and sentence. Going back to RESPECT, can you imagine allocating a ounce of such to this guy/GIRL. Perhaps the only RESPECT I can give him/HER is to avoid and totally ignore his/HER antic. Otherwise, I tend to have a short fuse and that can be dangerous. Beyond RESPECT is an unfathomable paradox that he/SHE will never like when exercised. This is not just an assumption, but this is a guarantee. And that ladies and gentlemen is the true meaning of RESPECT.

Hear! Hear! RESPECT is Earned by merit and virtue, and not given only to those on an arbitrarily constructed and borrowed position of power...

It's always a runout at The Runout TV!
