The AnitoKid's picks for The Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs of 2007
This writing project was thought up by Janette Toral at Reflective Thinking - Taking the 8th Habit Challenge.
On a lighter note, I have been fortunate enough to have realized so many firsts and milestones in my newest passion. The most important of which is the fact that I have made new acquaintances, fellow bloggers, most of whom have become my friends in real life. My picks are the epitome of what blogging is all about - communicating ideas and developing friendship. They continuously enrich my life with newfound knowledge, music, laughter, and friendship.
And without further ado, and in alphabetical order, here are my picks:
The Rules
- Write a post listing a maximum of 10 blogs created since August 1, 2006 that you think are the most influential.
- Include a link to the original Top 10 Emerging Influential Blogs of 2007 writing project post.
- Leave a comment on the original writing project post, with a link to your own post, so that your votes can be counted.
- Posts are tallied weekly. The project is on its third week and those blogs who have been voted only once so far will be deleted unless voted again in week 4.

- ESoftHub's Web Finds - A technology and Unix expert. The inventor of the FreeAdLists. This blogger will blow you away with his in-depth knowledge of technology.
- Information Arbitrage - A WallStreet Legend's no-nonsense take on harnessing the power of the Internet for institutional investors. If you want to make good investment decisions and make an embarrassing amount of money, look no further.
- Itanong Mo Kay Jemme - A no-holds barred question-and-answer advisory on everything that is interesting. All in Filipino! Can't wait for it to cater to the international community via an English version. That will definitely rock!
- Jay Bubwit - A feisty, yet balanced, take on events and developments in the Philippines. Hits Hard. Strikes Fair.
- Manila Mom - A best-selling author's views and thoughts on living and loving life! Always a great read! She is the proud mom of my friend over at Paintings by a 10-Year-Old, a budding artist serving as a true inspiration to children and artists of all ages! Watercolor, oil pastel, acrylic and mixed media paintings - name it! Chinkay knows it! And very good at it too!
- Mayenskie: Blog to Profit - Let's make money online! Straight up! Just the facts, Ma!
- Nice4Rice - Interesting takes on web technology, Internet marketing, and blog monetization - with a twist! With his bowl of rice, Spud is the most popular backlink giver all over the blogosphere! And I kid you not!
- The Broken Bow - The Guy Kawasaki of the Philippines. He is THAT good!
- The CityLifeStylist - A Filipina teenager's guide to living the life in style. It's fashion sense with flair! All from an 18-year-old!

You deserve it kabayan! Would have loved to nominate our other friends from DOST-SEI, but the rules state blogs from August 2006 onwards. But you have to agree, it's quite a pick right?

Yeah, Jehzlau is a definite one in my book. I already included Jehzlau's name and blogsite in the list when someone pointed out the rules to me. But one thing is for sure, the Concept site rocks and will definitely be a shoo-in in my list in other projects and contests. And i kid you not!
