Marlon Manalo vs. Rodney Morris in IPT's East vs. West II!

Marlon Manalo vs. Rodney Morris GraphicThe International Pool Tour presents “East vs West II,” the third IPT challenge match featuring Filipino pool player Marlon "Marvelous" Manalo vs. Rodney "The Rocket" Morris of the United States!

The International Pool Tour's East vs. West II - the third IPT Challenge Match features two countries which are known powerhouses in the pool world! For over 100 years, the United States has been one of the most dominant pool countries. However, the Philippines have produced many of the game's greatest players of the last 30 years!

Both nations are represented by one of their legendary players.
Marvelous Manalo, aka Marvelous, has won numerous Championship Titles, i.e., 14.1, 9-ball, and 8-ball. Rodney Morris, aka The Rocket, has also had an impressive career with multiple titles, i.e., the UPA Pro Tour Championship and the US Open. These two pool players finished 2nd in the two largest pocket billiard tournaments in history! And guess what? They are going to clash live via a free broadcast on the International Pool Tour web site!

The match will be streamed on March 4, 2008 at 9 PM EST and will be FREE for IPT Basic Members! And I kid you not! So, what are you waiting for! Log on at International Pool Tour's website and register now!

*And oh! The match is co-sponsored by
Laser Stroke - the Official Training Aid of the IPT Challenge Matches. If you want to improve your game then try out the new Laser Stroke Training Aid! The billiards and pool training aid projects a vertical laser line across the cue ball to the object ball to a target dot placed on the wall! Now, players can see in real time what their stroking arm is doing! No kidding!

"The AnitoKid loves challenges matches!"

Dear friend:

I just noticed your great pool blog while browsing the net.

I would like to show you a cool way to show shot layouts directly inside of your blog. This will greatly enhance your readers' experience while reading your posts. Once you have a layout embedded in a post. We will broadcast them through our internet shot browser to more pool players around the net. From there they can jump right into your post with a simple click.

Some top professional players such as Mika Immonen and Thorsten Hohmann have already embraced this new technology. You are welcome to check them out at:

Our goals at CueTable are to encourage clear communication among a newer generation of players, to promote ideas of sharing within the billiard community, and to display heathy messages of pool to the general public. Let's work together and share all the great ideas and fun with everyone!

Please feel free to contact us if you have any comments or suggestions.

Thank you.
